How long will my repair take?
All work is performed in order received, but on average work takes between 2 and 3 days for major issues and between 12 to 48 Hours for some simpler issues. All hardware repairs are pending part availability.
Will I lose any data from my Device?
We operate on a non destructive work flow so as to keep as much data intact as possible, but data loss can sometimes be unavoidable. We strive to do our best and will always perform backups where possible. Data is your responsibility and it is important to always maintain your own backups.
What kind of parts do you use for repairs?
We only use 100% genuine parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing Available.
